VENCELLO the result from the synergy between the wineries Os Cipreses and Castrofiz with respect to the land, the vineyards and the traditional methods of the people of the Ribeira Sacra of the Miño River, who with their work and sacrifice motivate us to continue to work so that the vineyards are not left without generational replacement. We are hoping for symbiosis and that this motivation will give an impulse to the small wineries so as not to lose the spirit left to us by our ancestors.

Clean and bright, lemon yellow with golden iridescence.
- OLFATIVE PHASE
Very fine on the nose with an intensity that increases as the wine sits in the glass, with aromas of fruit (apple, apricot, melon, pineapple) and a background of white flowers.

The palate is balanced, fresh and persistent with a fruity aftertaste and a very elegant and fresh acidity.
