VENCELLO the result from the synergy between the wineries Os Cipreses and Castrofiz with respect to the land, the vineyards and the traditional methods of the people of the Ribeira Sacra of the Miño River, who with their work and sacrifice motivate us to continue to work so that the vineyards are not left without generational replacement. We are hoping for symbiosis and that this motivation will give an impulse to the small wineries so as not to lose the spirit left to us by our ancestors.

Clean and bright, with medium intensity, cherry red color with violet rim.
- OLFATIVE PHASE
It is very intense, complex and elegant with hints of forest (chestnuts, licorice, leaf litter, humus), fruit (plum, cherry, black currant), spices (black tea, thyme), floral with a mineral nuance and subtle and elegant noble oak hints.

The palate has an intense structure, full-bodied, very soft, elegant and well-integrated tannins, very pleasant freshness, long persistence and an intense aftertaste.
