Coto da Sobreira White Wine 2019

VENCELLO the result from the synergy between the wineries Os Cipreses and Castrofiz with respect to the land, the vineyards and the traditional methods of the people of the Ribeira Sacra of the Miño River, who with their work and sacrifice motivate us to continue to work so that the vineyards are not left without generational replacement. We are hoping for symbiosis and that this motivation will give an impulse to the small wineries so as not to lose the spirit left to us by our ancestors.

De cor palla amarela verdosa, brillante.

Franco e intenso no nariz, nítido, aparecen aromas de froita branca (mazá), froita de óso (albaricoque) recordos de froitos secos, flores brancas, cítricos (pomelo), notas tostadas e minerais.

Elegante na boca, saboroso, con untuosidade e amplitude, aromático, fresco, paso froiteiro, equilibrado, cunha perfecta acidez e harmonía. Final complexo e longo
